Returns & Exchanges Because furniture is a large, specialized product and many items are ordered specifically for our customers, all furniture sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, color or style preferences, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or damage.

Damaged or Defective Furniture We take pride in the quality of the furniture we offer. If your furniture arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the best way to assist you.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to assist with troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or communication with the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties Many of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the individual manufacturer, and warranty coverage, terms, eligibility, and available remedies are determined by the manufacturer.

If you have a potential warranty issue, we're happy to assist with the warranty process. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a manufacturer's warranty claim, we will always do our best to help you find a solution.
